Junior Partnership Associate for Visayas

Job Title: GTM Associate - Visayas + Mindanao

Location: Remote but based in Visayas or Mindanao, Philippines

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Region Lead - Visayas + Mindanao

Job Overview: The GTM Associate for Visayas + Mindanao will support the execution of the Go-To-Market strategies in these regions. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for market development and partnership building. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and expansion of our programs in Visayas and Mindanao.

Key Responsibilities:

      Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and partnership.

      Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners in industry, technical vocational skills, and academe to offer the Foundation's upskilling programs at no cost to the partner.

      Partnership Development: Assist in establishing and managing relationships with academic institutions, industry partners, and other stakeholders.

      Sales Support: Provide support in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

      Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing insights for strategic adjustments.

      Event Participation: Represent the organization at regional events and forums to build brand awareness and foster connections.

Qualifications:

      Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales, business development, or related role.

      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

      Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

      Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
