Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued
Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered
Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to the clients’ preferences, along with other services, including but not limited to massages (arm, hand, and scalp), color services, shaving, and waxing
Perform other services such as Utilize our POS system accurately to add notes in client’s accounts
Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions
Work cohesively with the shop team to achieve the shop performance goals
