MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - New market (The position is for Republic of North Macedonia - remotely)  
(36345) | Skopje | Permamnent contract | Full time | (m/f/d)

• Building a portfolio of strategic customers and partners (Retailers and Professional Dealers) from scratch;

• Generating new business and revenues from potential customers;

• Acquisition of new potential customers in the Republic of North Macedonia;

• Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relations with the new and existing customers;
• Researching and satisfying customers` needs by offering products from the company's product portfolio, meeting the quality and specifications of the company's policy;
• Achieving sales goals and company commercial profit in the market of the Republic of North Macedonia;
• Preparing competitive market analysis and sales reports regularly;
• Responsible for compliance and implementation of corporate principles, policies, and internal procedures
• Responsible for the adequate presentation of Karcher Ltd. and its portfolio

 

It would be WOW if you would bring this in

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales (B2B); 

• Experience in Retail sector or with a technical sales background will be a huge advantage;

• English proficiency and high computer literacy and skills: MS Office, Google, Internet;
• Communication and presentation skills, negotiation, organizational and sales skills;
• Customer and goal orientation;

• Dedicated team player, responsibility, loyalty;

• Flexible approach to new chalenges and proactive mindset;

• Ability for intensive bussiness traveling - in RNM and in Bulgaria;
• Driving license
