Your role in our mission
  • Performs coordination of benefits for client
  • Search insurance web site, using a web portal that houses benefit and eligibility information for multiple carriers
  • Speak with a customer service representative to obtain insurance data and effective/termination dates
  • Navigate IVR (Interactive Response System) to obtain insurance data and effective/termination dates
  • Maintain 98% or greater quality
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.

The pay range for this position is $25,300.00 - $36,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
