With offices across the country, our client is looking to take on a Urban Designer at their London based office. Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality drawings in support of projects.
Arrange subconsultant activities and manage project deliverables independently.
Execute quality assurance and quality control of project documents.
Produce and deliver complete planning applications, reports, and appeals.
Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Over 3 years of UK experience in an architectural or urban design practice,
focusing on residential and mixed-use projects.Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and graphic skills.
Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork.
Confidence in correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
Have efficient problem-solving skills.
Excellent hand-drawing skills.
Willingness to learn, share knowledge, with a passion for career progression.
