Job Description:

10+ years of AS400 (RPG400/RPGLE/SQL/DB2400) development/enhancement and maintenance experience on supply chain applications.
Expertise with ILE Concepts/Implementer, service programs, commitment control, journaling, interactive & batch debugging.
Prior experience in the supply chain domain is a plus.
Must have experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Should be able to independently develop/debug/analyze the program, execute units and provide solutions.
Ability to provide the scope of effort for minor enhancements and experience working in a team environment within an agile development process.
Proven experience in driving UATs singlehandedly with business users.
Ability to follow coding and development standards and produce structured code and documentation.
Ability to relate well with business users and work with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against tight deadlines.
Self-starter that will take ownership of assignments and drive to completion with minimal supervision.
Good oral and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
