Job description

Are you a performance-driven digital marketer who lives for results, rankings, and ROAS? Our client; two high-growth wellness brands on a mission to help people live pain-free, confident lives in the UK, are looking for a SEO & PPC Specialist to own and optimize their entire digital funnel across paid search, social, and organic content. You’ll be responsible for making sure they’re seen, clicked, and converting across every platform from Google Ads to Meta, and everything in between.
To drive traffic, conversions, and patient bookings by improving our search visibility, optimizing paid campaigns, and helping us dominate our local and online space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and optimize our WordPress website for speed, structure, and on-page SEO
  • Improve and maintain Google search rankings for priority keywords (chiropractic, laser hair removal, etc.)
  • Monitor keyword performance, fix technical SEO issues, and build backlinks if needed
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure blog/landing pages are SEO-friendly
  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and clinic bookings
  • Track conversions and ROAS, split-test ad creatives and copy
  • Scale winning campaigns and pause under-performers proactively
  • Grow presence and engagement across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Oversee the optimization of paid social ads (Facebook & TikTok)
  • Collaborate with our content and video team to ensure alignment across channels
  • Report on reach, engagement, leads, and campaign performance monthly


Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 6+ years' experience in SEO and PPC (Google Ads essential)
  • Proven track record of increasing search rankings and lowering ad costs
  • Solid understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Experience managing TikTok & Facebook Ads
  • Familiarity with video-first platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Ability to build, manage, and report on performance dashboards
  • A self-starter mindset, constantly looking for ways to optimize and improve

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with CRM platforms (Keap, GHL)
Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
