Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services

Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure sales

Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish

Engage in inside sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets

Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients

Demonstrate technical knowledge to support technology and technical sales

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales

Proficiency in English and Spanish languages

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively

Familiarity with inside sales processes

Capability to engage in telemarketing activities
