Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales

Effective Date: June 2025


Job Summary:

The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for selling and supporting Stirista’s Digital clients. This individual will also assist with strategy and assigned projects in order to establish Stirista as a market leader in this space. This individual will be a highly motivated and quick learner that will work closely with other sales team members to assist with closing and supporting business. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive new digital revenue by selling and supporting our DSP offering 
  • Establish relationships with agencies to show them Stirista’s offerings 
  • Work with assigned clients to expand their usage with Stirista 
  • Meet sales quota goals
  • Learn the entire Stirsta offering
  • Analyzes customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments. 
  • Work closely with the operating groups to define and extend the core offerings
  • Understands the prospect and client decision-making process and organizational map
  • Establishes trusted relationships with CMOs and other client executives to originate new opportunities in new logo accounts
  • Develops and maintains an accurate, high-quality pipeline that is aligned to our company’s sales process
  • Travel as need for prospects, clients, and events

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.


Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of CTV / digital sales experience
  • Data sales experience preferred  
  • Sales experience selling into agencies 
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Salary Description
Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00, plus Commission
