Global Payroll Process & HRMS Manager

Location: Spanish multinational in the industrial sector – international presence
Full-time | Availability to travel
Are you ready to lead the global standardization of payroll processes and HR management systems in a company with strong international growth?
We are looking for a strategic professional with extensive experience in multinational environments to take on a key role in the global transformation of the People function.

Your Mission
To supervise and coordinate the global payroll process, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. You will drive the implementation of unified systems and policies across all subsidiaries, supporting the globalization of the function and ensuring a consistent employee experience.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead the global payroll process, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and data security.
• Develop and implement corporate HR policies in coordination with local teams.
• Integrate and audit HRMS and payroll systems, ensuring proper operation and compliance with corporate procedures.
• Analyze and report payroll and HR administration KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in global HR processes.
• Ensure effective communication between international teams and provide training and support as needed.


Requisitos

Profile Requirements
• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration in international settings.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and international regulations.
• Experience in implementing and managing HRMS and payroll software.
• Languages: fluent in English and Spanish (C1–C2 level).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
