Head of Enablement

As the Head of Enablement at Anomalo, you will build and lead our first formal enablement function to support the success of our GTM organization. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional impact. You’ll create scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs for our Sales, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to align enablement efforts with Anomalo’s growth goals and rapidly evolving go-to-market strategy.

If you are energized by designing high-impact programs from the ground up, aligning cross-functional teams, and building foundational systems that accelerate performance, this is your opportunity to shape the next phase of Anomalo’s growth.

What you’ll do as the Head of Enablement:
  • Design and launch a scalable enablement program that supports GTM onboarding and ongoing development (Sales, Pre-sales, SEs, CSMs, etc.)
  • Build role-specific onboarding programs to accelerate ramp time and productivity.
  • Stand up “Anomalo University” as a centralized hub for enablement content and learning.
  • Develop and lead partner enablement for our system integrators and alliances (e.g., Databricks, EY, PwC), enabling them to sell and implement Anomalo effectively.
  • Create and manage GTM content (playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive intel, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Solutions, and People.
  • Partner with People Ops to enhance onboarding and L&D experiences for GTM roles.
  • Track enablement effectiveness with key metrics: ramp time, content engagement, program satisfaction, and partner activation success.
  • Leverage our internal tools for gathering resources (Slack, Gong, Notion) and evaluate and implement new tools to support enablement delivery (e.g., CMS, LMS)
What you’ll bring to the team: (Must-Haves)
  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, or related GTM function.
  • Proven experience building enablement programs at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience improving GTM ramp times and developing role-based learning paths.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Startup experience: Comfort navigating ambiguity, standing up programs from scratch.
  • Familiarity with the modern data stack or data-driven products and enterprise buyer journey.

Ideal candidates will also have: (Bonus Skills)
