Sprintax, part of Clune Tech, is a web-based tax return preparation software that provides a number of tax related services to non-residents in the United States. We help thousands of international visitors such as students, scholars, teachers, trainees, researchers, work and travel participants and other foreign individuals that are temporary in the United States each year with the preparation of their tax returns.
Sprintax is seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to enhance employee experience, drive engagement, and support retention. As a key advocate for our people, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment while collaborating with the Group's shared services teams. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the culture of Sprintax, ensuring employees feel supported, valued, and aligned with our mission.
Responsibilities:
1. Employee Experience & Well-being
• POC for Sprintax regarding workplace support and engagement, collaborating with Group HR where necessary.
• Ensure employees have access to the resources, tools, and guidance they need to thrive.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and supportive culture within Sprintax, aligning with the wider Group’s values.
2. Onboarding & Integration
• Own and facilitate the integration process for new hires in Sprintax, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Help employees understand Sprintax’s mission, values, and structure, along with its wider role within CluneTech.
• Maintain up-to-date organisational charts in collaboration with Group HR and leadership.
3. Recruitment & Talent Support
• Partner with the Group’s recruitment team to ensure Sprintax attracts and retains top talent.
• Support hiring managers in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring alignment with Sprintax’s culture and needs.
• Advocate for a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process, working closely each function.
• Attend recruitment fairs to promote Sprintax and attract potential candidates.
• Be the face of Sprintax in recruitment efforts, working alongside the recruitment team to showcase the company’s culture and opportunities.
• Work with recruitment to design and implement a strategic recruitment plan for Sprintax, including workforce planning and proactive talent pipelines, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and the creation of targeted programs such as graduate programmes and internships.
• Plan and order Sprintax merchandise for both recruitment events and current employees alongside the Sprintax Marketing Team.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
• Collaborate with the Group Employee Experience Manager to implement best practices and ensure alignment with company-wide engagement strategies.
• Drive Sprintax specific initiatives that improve workplace morale, employee satisfaction, and team cohesion.
• Organise well-being programs, team-building activities, and social events specific to Sprintax.
• Regularly update the Group functions on engagement and retention plans to maintain communication and ensure opportunity for alignment.
• Act as a feedback loop between employees and leadership, gathering insights to enhance retention and engagement.
• Work with HR to compile employee feedback for leadership review, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Act as Sprintax’s Employer Brand Advocate on social media creating and sharing content.
• Work on strategic pieces of content that promote Sprintax’s employee benefits package, company culture and successful career development stories.
5. Culture & Communication
• Be the face of Sprintax’s culture, ensuring alignment with the broader Group while fostering a unique and positive identity.
• Promote open communication between employees and leadership, helping to address concerns and reinforce company values.
• Work with shared services marketing and engagement teams to ensure Sprintax’s internal communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with Group-wide initiatives.
• Enhance internal communication across Sprintax by fostering a culture of engagement and recognition, and ensuring the management team is well-informed and aligned with our group-wide culture and employee engagement objectives.
Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HR, recruitment, employee experience or company culture-related roles.
• Ability to plan and execute engagement activities.
• Knowledge of workplace well-being and employee experience strategies.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
