Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected media-buying professional who can help us find and negotiate the best advertising deals in the following categories:

TV advertising
online advertising
outdoor advertising

Your initial base salary will be US$80,000 per year with the following mandatory raises:

raise to $140,000 on reaching $5 million in deals
raise to $200,000 on reaching $20 million in deals
raise to $350,000 on reaching $50 million in deals

You will receive discretionary bonuses and raises for other contributions that we find justify such incentives.

You will be eligible for health insurance after 60 days of full-time employment.

You will be entitled to one PDO (Paid Day Off) per month, which can be used for vacations, sick leaves, or other reasons. Non-working days will also include New Year's Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

It’s a work-from-home position, using personal devices, with occasional traveling, required for developing partnerships. You can work on a flexible schedule.
