Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from administrators and members of client organizations
Interpret financial data, explain billing statements, and assist with fund collection, budgeting and financial management
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Master re:Member’s Finance products and provide appropriate resources, including leading training webinars.
Advocate for customers by submitting improvement ideas and supporting other departments through projects and events.

Earned a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and explain complex data in an easy-to-understand manner.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, and Salesforce (preferred)
Able to work effective in a team environment, embrace feedback, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: CA, MD, MI, VA
Compensation $20 per hour
This reflects the base salary range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as performance, skills, certification, and experience. The range provided is only one part of the overall compensation package offered to candidates. Benefits
