Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
2+ years of experience working as a transactional paralegal
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proactive case management skills
Pass a background check
Have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings (within Kootenai, Spokane, and Bonner counties).
Provide your own computer, high-speed internet connection, and any accessories for performing daily work.
Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new software and systems through experimentation and research.
In-person attendance at weekly team meetings on Tuesday morning in Post Falls.
