Job description

helloassist is looking for a Multimedia Specialist (REMOTE - WFH) who can bring stories to life through compelling visuals and video content. You’ll be responsible for producing marketing materials: videos, graphics, animations that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

We need someone who’s both a creator and a marketer: you understand how visual storytelling fits into marketing strategy. You’ll support paid campaigns, organic content, landing pages, and brand storytelling with a focus on high-quality, on-brand visual output.

Results We Expect:

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce compelling video content from short ads to longer brand explainers, tailored to various platforms and target audiences.
  • Design eye-catching and consistent visual assets that boost watchability and click-through performance.
  • Deliver assets aligned to each campaign’s goals and KPIs:brand awareness, lead generation, user engagement, or conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to turn creative briefs into storyboards, scripts, and effective visuals that enhance the message.
  • Review performance data (views, engagement, completion rate) and implement learnings to improve future videos and graphics.
  • Optimize existing video content for reuse across different channels, ensuring consistent quality and format.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality multimedia content for use across paid ads, organic social, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with writers and strategists to ensure messaging and visuals are tightly aligned for every campaign.
  • Execute basic animation, motion graphics, and effects to elevate the polish and impact of deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain an easily searchable asset library with reusable templates, intros, and branding files.
  • Research trends in digital content and apply relevant ideas to increase engagement and conversions across platforms.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing for web, social media, and other digital platforms
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
  • Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, or front-end development tools is an advantage
