Job description

helloassist is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist (REMOTE - WFH) to help us drive user acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and scale sustainable growth experiments across marketing channels.

This role goes beyond just running ads, you’ll be part analyst, part strategist, part copy-tweaker, part experimenter. You’ll own the growth loop from traffic to activation and beyond, constantly testing hypotheses and iterating based on what moves the needle.

Results We Expect:

  • Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, and owned channels
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve user acquisition and retention
  • Track campaign metrics across the funnel—awareness, activation, conversion
  • Present weekly growth dashboards and suggest action items
  • Launch and iterate lead magnets, content offers, and campaigns that convert
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align growth experiments with product or service goals
  • Conduct user behavior analysis and funnel diagnostics to remove friction
  • Contribute to quarterly growth planning and roadmap

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth levers and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Launch high-impact experiments with clear hypotheses and KPIs
  • Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing to execute and scale successful initiatives
  • Analyze performance data to inform future tests
  • Develop landing pages, email flows, and nurture sequences aligned to the funnel
  • Recommend tools or processes that increase growth velocity

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product marketing
  • Proven track record of running high-ROI marketing experiments
  • Strong grasp of AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) metrics
  • Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
  • Experience using Adobe, Procreate, Canva, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Outsourcing industry, or any relevant industries
  • Experience in using Project Management software such as Asana, Trello, etc
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media outreach techniques
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
