The People and Culture Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and initiatives across\ndifferent jurisdictions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a deep\nunderstanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will be adapt and eager to learn about various legal\nframeworks and cultural nuances in different regions. Additionally, this role involves active participation in\ninitiatives designed for our consultants, ensuring their professional development and alignment with\norganizational goals.
Requirements
3 Key Responsibilities:\n
3.1 HR Operations:\n
Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee\nrelations, payroll, and performance management.\nEnsure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.\nMaintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.\n
3.2 Recruitment and Onboarding:\n
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating\ninterviews.\nConduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.\nDevelop and implement onboarding programs tailored to different jurisdictions.\n
3.3 Employee Relations:\n
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and\nprocedures.\nAddress and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.\nFoster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement.\n
3.4 Training and Development:\n
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and\nknowledge.\nDevelop training materials and resources tailored to different jurisdictions.\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.\n
3.5 Compliance and Policy Implementation:\n
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local\nlaws and company standards.\nEnsure consistent application of HR policies across all jurisdictions.\nStay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate updates to the\nHR team.\n
3.6 6. HR Projects and Initiatives:\n
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the\nemployee experience.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and objectives.\nContribute to the development and execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.\n
3.7 7. Consultant Initiatives:\n
Support the development and implementation of programs and initiatives specifically designed for\nour consultants.\nCoordinate with TS and Sales teams to understand their needs and provide tailored HR support.\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of consultant-specific initiatives and suggest improvements.\nEnsure consultants are aligned with company culture and values through targeted engagement\nactivities and professional development programs.\n
4 Qualifications:\n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Law, or a related field.\n
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.\n
Strong knowledge of Spanish Labour Law.
Knowledge of employment laws of multiple jurisdictions\nis a plus.\n
Experience working independently across the entire employee payroll cycle in Spain.\nExperience in developing and implementing initiatives for employees.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProactive and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn.\n
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.\n
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.\n
