We’re looking for a versatile, results-driven Marketing Specialist who’s excited to create and execute impactful marketing that connects with customers and moves the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive product adoption, and retain existing customers
Build and optimize automated email journeys that nurture contacts based on behavior and lifecycle stage
Maintain clean, well-segmented prospect and customers lists to improve targeting
Create and distribute marketing content across email, web, partner, and social channels, to support both acquisition and retention
Deliver customer communications tailored to key segments, helping users stay informed, supported, and connected.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions that drive product usage, upsell, and customer engagement.
Assist with trade shows and customer events, including promotional materials and follow-up communications.
Monitor and report on key KPIs (e.g., email engagement, campaign ROI, retention), using performance data and insights to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives and projects as needed to support team goals and business priorities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, customer communications, and campaign execution in a B2B or SaaS environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of marketing best practices across the funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including list management, automation, and reporting
Proficient with marketing tools and platforms such as WordPress, Canva, and Google Analytics
Strong content development writing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different customer segments
Experience managing social media channels and/or online communities to drive engagement
Solid understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs with the ability to analyze performance and tie marketing activity to business outcomes
Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to operate without a strict playbook—comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
