Responsibilities: Where Passion Meets Performance
Our team of talented virtual assistants are confident in successfully executing ALL of the below tasks and responsibilities:
Executive-Level Support (including but not limited to)
- Coordinate complex calendars and schedules with calm precision
- Email management (checking/organizing one or more inboxes for each client)
- Prepare materials (presentations, spreadsheets, reports) with polish and clarity
- Research and book national/international travel; manage expenses
- Regular client interfacing (via phone/video conference)
Operational & Marketing Support
- Create, maintain, and execute systems, SOPs, and workflows that streamline processes and create efficiency
- Support implementing digital marketing plans (i.e. scheduling newsletters or social media posts, etc)
- Assist with the development of communications and content (e.g. webinars, newsletters, emails, website content)
- Research tools, services, and information to support client goals
- Handle CRM updates and admin tasks that keep client operations seamlessly flowing

Requirements
- 3+ years supporting executives or business owners in an EA capacity, including providing complex calendar management and email management
- 1+ years of remote working experience required
- Ability to effortlessly manage multiple clients and tasks independently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A reliable computer (Mac or PC including webcam) with up-to-date MS Office
- High-speed internet
- Smartphone with access to communication apps
- Technology confident - familiarity with platforms like AI, Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
- Tech-savvy across platforms - including but not limited to MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI/CRM/project management tools
Additional Information
- Must reside within the continental U.S. year-round
- At least 10 hours/week of availability with the ability to complete work, communicate via email, have Zoom meetings etc. during business hours Monday – Friday
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1099 contractor position (Peachtree VA does not guarantee hours or clients)
- All candidates to complete a comprehensive skills assessment
