Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing culture. This role helps to implement key components of the Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP), coordinating campaigns, supporting partner plan alignment, assisting with field events, scaling best practices, and equipping sales teams with tools that drive customer engagement. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Execute CTC field marketing activities aligned to the IMP and regional business goals.
Coordinate regional/local campaigns, including scheduling, coordination, communication, and reporting.
Support Tier 3 events, roadshows, and partner-sponsored activities using toolkits and best practices.
Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns, events, and deliverables.
Assist with lead routing, data enrichment, and campaign follow-up.
Maintain marketing libraries, assets, and collateral ensuring brand consistency.
Communicate updates, gather feedback, and share success stories across regional teams.
Track campaign performance, event ROI, and KPIs.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the broader marketing team.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation software & creative tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
Interest in sales enablement, events, communications and partner marketing.

Requirements
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Preferred Experience (but Not Required)
1-3 years or marketing experience; internships and/or exposure to field marketing, events or campaign coordination strongly preferred.
