Job description

Lead Financial Risk III – “Product Area Lead” Retail 

Credit Risk 

50% work from home

A day in your life 

 

  • Contribute to the vision and strategy for credit risk components that are integrated part of lending products of the bank 

  • Focus on process optimization, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration; own innovation and continuous improvement based on data drive insights: drive automation and digitization, recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and recommend tools and new technologies 

  • Own functional design of credit elements (i.e. credit policy rules or models) needed for efficient and effective management of credit risk within individual portfolio and/or total bank level 

  • Define technical implementation requirements and steer implementation of changes across IT platforms (including decision making engine) 

  • Own roadmap for delivery of agreed milestones and steer execution of credit risk changes for end-to-end implementation regarding the credit process and respective engines 

  • Combine versatile credit expertise and profiles to ensure overall consistency in the design of the final credit features of the products / process    

  • Act as the bridge between business tribes, transactional risk domains while eliminating knowledge silos within risk teams (policy, models, data, analytics) to remove bottlenecks and accelerate delivery. 

  • Accountable that implemented credit process meets defined risk appetite, align with Group standard and is regulatory compliant 

  • Prepare key performance reports on effectiveness of credit process toward internal and external stakeholders
