Als Client Manager entwickeln, erweitern und verkaufen Sie IT-Projekte auf der Basis von OpenText Software Produkten. In Abstimmung mit dem Account Executive entwickeln Sie die digitale Strategie für Informationsmanagement-Lösungen für Ihre Kunden. Sie können in dieser Position von remote aus arbeiten, müssen aber bereits in Deutschland ansässig sein.
DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS

Qualifizierung der Kundenbedürfnisse im Bereich Professional Services und Verkauf von IT-Projekten (z.B. Consultancy Services bei Migrationen, Managed Services, Learning Services, etc.)

Betreuung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses, einschließlich Angebotsgenehmigung, -erstellung, -präsentation und -verhandlung

Aufwandsschätzungen und interne Abstimmung von Vertragsinhalten

Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen (RFP/RFI)

Follow-up nach Vertragsunterzeichnung zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
DAS ERWARTEN WIR VON IHNEN

Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektvertrieb

Erfahrung in Preisverhandlungen sowie verschiedenen Projektstaffing-Ansätzen

Background im IT Projektmanagement / Service Delivery

Bereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands zu Kunden- und internen Meetings zu reisen, Firmenwagen vorhanden (ca. 30-40 %)

Erfahrung im Verhandeln von AGBs is wünschenswert

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
