ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract (2 Positions)
Job Summary:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analysts to support our client engagements. The successful candidates will drive the requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT.
  • Support ServiceNow initiatives including integrations with ALM or other defect tracking systems.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Familiarity with ALM and its integration with ServiceNow is a plus.
