ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Type: 12+ Months Contract (2 Positions)

Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analysts to support our client engagements. The successful candidates will drive the requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT.
Support ServiceNow initiatives including integrations with ALM or other defect tracking systems.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow projects.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Familiarity with ALM and its integration with ServiceNow is a plus.
