Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive DTC marketing strategies across digital channels, including paid media, SEO, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget. Maximizes return on ad spend of annual media spend.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and make data-driven decisions that enhance performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr. Ecommerce Channel Manager, Creative, Product, and Sales teams to ensure promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns are seamlessly executed and supported through digital marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • SEO & Traffic Growth: Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and increase visibility for key products and categories.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze and enhance the digital customer journey to improve conversion rate, UX, technical improvements, and lifetime value.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on DTC eCommerce.
    • Proven track record managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
    • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid media, Amazon Campaign Manager, SEO, email, and affiliate marketing.
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and data analytics platforms.
    • Strong analytics skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

    •  Sales-Driven Mindset: Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, focusing on revenue generation, user engagement, and customer acquisition.
    • Customer-Centric Thinking: Ability to develop strategies that enhance the shopping experience and increase customer lifetime value.
    • Analytical Approach: Comfortable making data-driven decisions and using insights to drive optimizations and improvements.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, IT, and external partners. Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly.

 

This position can be completed at one of our onsite locations in Riverside or Corona, California, or in Grand Prairie, TX. We will also accept applicants to work remotely in one of the following states: CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, MN, NC, NJ, OH, OK, OR, TX, WI.
