Here’s the job opportunity…

The IT Audit Coordinator plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity, efficiency, and security of the organization’s IT systems. This position supports audit planning, execution, and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing IT performance. The role requires collaboration across IT, business units, and internal/external audit teams. In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with audit teams to plan and execute IT audits
  • Identify and evaluate key risk areas in systems and applications
  • Define audit scope, objectives, and methodology
  • Coordinate audit schedules, resources, and logistics
  • Evaluate IT systems, applications, and processes
  • Assess the effectiveness of IT controls, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct control and substantive testing
  • Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations
  • Identify and assess IT-related risks
  • Facilitate risk mitigation strategies with IT and business stakeholders
  • Monitor corrective actions and track risk status
  • Support development of risk management frameworks
  • Organize and attend meetings with IT, compliance, and regulatory teams
  • Coordinate control objectives and evidence collection

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience and intermediate-level knowledge in IT auditing and risk management
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build rapport with internal/external auditors
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities
