One of the fastest-growing global AI companies in the world is looking to appoint a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and paid user growth strategy. The company operates in the consumer AI space, delivering a product that is already gaining strong market traction and engagement. With a global team and a remote-first culture, they are now investing in growth through data-driven acquisition across key digital channels. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and a direct link to the business’s long-term success. The team values experimentation, fast learning, and smart execution over hierarchy and process.
Reporting directly to the CMO, the Senior User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving paid acquisition across major platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with creative, data, and product teams to test, optimise, and scale campaigns efficiently. This role will require a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and retention KPIs, with an emphasis on rapid iteration and detailed performance analysis. You’ll also be expected to explore new channels and strategies, as well as run structured experiments to drive incremental growth. The role offers the chance to shape the company’s approach to paid user acquisition in a hands-on and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in performance marketing, ideally within mobile gaming, ecommerce, or subscription-based consumer apps. You should have a track record of running high-budget campaigns across key digital platforms, and be comfortable using tools such as MMPs (e.g. Adjust or Appsflyer) to measure and optimise performance. A strong understanding of creative testing, funnel performance, and LTV modelling is important. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments — particularly in start-ups or scale-ups — will be highly valued. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in cross-functional teams are essential to succeed in this role.
