Overview:

The Regional Distribution Leader will spearhead the execution of MSIG USA’s distribution strategy within the Northeast Region, encompassing a Mulit-State territory. This role focuses on fostering strong partnership in the major cities within the region driving overall profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Leaders and Underwriters to effectively communicate underwriting appetite and identify profitable growth opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key retail and wholesale distribution partners through consistent engagement and visibility
  • Lead regular governance meetings with focus distribution partners to drive success and increase in share of wallet
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and implement improvement as necessary
  • Represent MSIG USA in the local market, establishing a strong presences among retail and wholesale partners and key clients.
  • Contribute to the overall profitable growth through effective strategy execution and partnership alignment.
  • Optimize the mix of business while expanding share of wallet
  • Foster strong relationships with underwriters and key contacts
  • Enhance MSIG USA's visibility and awareness in the marketplace.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Proven leadership skills with track record of success
  • Demonstrated experience in broker relationship management
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, internally and externally
  • Skilled at influencing brokers, clients, peers, senior executives.
  • Proficient in managing key insurance relationships effectively

Salary - 250,000.00 - 275,000.00
