POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will enable the strategies, tactics and deployment elements from the commercial brands and effectively deploy in the sales organization. Ensures connectivity, follow-up and essential communication with relevant teams from brands to sales organization. This role will have an integral part in increasing effectiveness of the sales organization through our distribution channel and will focus on elevating both sales teams (internal) and dealer network (external).

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead training and development efforts to enable channel strategy
  • Manage team of sales effectiveness managers
  • This role will take the key information and formulate the right process for disseminating the deadlines, process, and strategy to implement sales training, development and key initiatives effectively
  • Prepare the support materials, communication, follow-up and the strategies of running the sales organization
  • Lead the preparation of meeting documents, initiatives, directional communication to field sales and other functions in partnership with marketing, agronomy, and channel strategy
  • Salesforce enablement and process improvement

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working with key business stakeholders within a cross-functional environment
  • 7+ years’ extensive agriculture sales experience preferred
  • People leader experience preferred

  • Proven effective communicator
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work with diverse communication styles and experiences
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to have discretion and ability to determine appropriate communication levels
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability
  • Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving conflicts, making decisions, and identifying priorities
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

OTHER DEMANDS:

  • Occasional travel as needed
  • Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements
