Job description

AlediumHR is looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Speech-Language Pathologist for on-site services looking to elevate your career in a flexible, future-forward setting in Houston, TX. The position is Monday-Friday with no weekends or nights. What Youll Do:
  • Deliver face-to-face therapeutic services to a diverse pediatric population across one or more locations in the Houston area. (You will be compensated/reimbursed if you have to drive).
  • Collaborate closely with instructors and seasoned clinical mentors to ensure high-quality care
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a case manager or process coordinator as needed
  • Utilize proprietary digital tools that streamline care and administrative tasks.
  • Dedicate approximately 80% of your time to direct therapy and 20% to administrative work, which can be completed remotely

  • Access to a personal laptop (not a Chromebook) for documentation and system access
