The Role

As part of our Dealer Sales team you’ll manage new and existing dealer relationships, which includes also dealer onboarding, integration of clients, trade enquiry and execution etc, in a manner consistent with the corporate goals of MarketAxess.

How You’ll Help Take Us There

Identifying and on-boarding new dealers.
Effectively marketing our products and services to dealers
Assist the dealer relationship management team in developing relationships with new dealers if requested. Ability to specify sectors traded at each dealer.
Work with the EMEA / US based client and dealer sales and product management teams to maximise EMEA / US product volumes with Asian clients.
Participate in client and product management team meetings and discussions.
Participate in sales team meetings and events

What We’re Looking For

Ideally at least 3+ year’s sales experience with an investment bank, trading platform or vendor.
Solid understanding of Fixed Income markets
Ability to articulate a compelling proposition for e-trading. Effectively marketing our products and services to dealers.
Results-driven, high energy and pro-active work ethic.
Fluency in Mandarin a strong plus.
