About the Role (your why)  

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Consultant to join our cloud consulting practice. This role will primarily focus on delivering expert cloud architecture and advisory services, focussing on Microsoft Azure technologies.  

You will be a key technical leader and trusted advisor, driving complex cloud projects, influencing cloud strategy, and providing high-value solutions to our clients. 

What you’ll do   

• Provide strategic consulting to clients on cloud adoption, migration, modernisation, and optimisation initiatives. 
• Design highly scalable and resilient platforms and solutions in line with the Azure WAF and CAF Frameworks.
• Roll up your sleeves and deliver on Azure platform and workload deployments via infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for your clients as needed.
• Solution Assessments, migration and modernisation wave planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor and demonstrate a high level of technical leadership and responsibility across your client's strategic roadmap and projects.
• Mentor and guide the next generation of cloud and platform engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. 

What you’ll bring  

• High aptitude to learn and willing keep pace with advanced emerging technology within the Microsoft Cloud and AI ecosystem to provide cutting-edge solutions. 
• Extensive experience architecting and delivering cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. 
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid, networking, security, governance, application integration and modernisation. 
• Technical leadership with the proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective cloud architectures. 
• Experienced with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines with solid understanding of DevOps/ Platform Engineering concepts and processes.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and manage senior client stakeholders. 
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GitHub).
