Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're seeking a Project Manager & Workflow Automation Specialist with a strong technical mindset to lead project execution while streamlining internal workflows through automation. This role blends traditional PM responsibilities with low-code automation builds using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and GoHighLevel. You'll keep projects on track across functions while proactively eliminating inefficiencies and scaling repeatable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Coordinate deliverables across internal teams (content, design, development, marketing) using Asana.
  • Track deadlines, allocate resources, and manage progress across multiple client accounts.
  • Ensure tasks are assigned and completed on time.
  • Communicate updates with internal stakeholders and occasionally with clients.
  • Maintain accountability and visibility across ongoing and long-term projects.


Automation & Workflow Optimization:

  • Build and maintain automations in Zapier, Make.com, and similar tools.
  • Support CRM automation workflows within GoHighLevel (training provided as needed).
  • Collaborate with devs and technical stakeholders to scope and deploy internal tools.
  • Identify manual processes and streamline them through automation.
  • Document technical workflows to support team onboarding and continuity.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a digital agency or startup.
  • Highly organized and accountable with excellent time and task management.
  • Strong communicator, able to follow up with cross-functional teams and track deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, etc.).
  • Comfortable with tools like Asana, Trello, or other project management platforms.
  • Self-starter with a technical mindset and comfortable working independently.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Previous work in marketing, SEO, or creative agency environments.
  • Exposure to low-code/no-code internal tooling.
