Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end SAP TRM implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configuring SAP TRM modules to meet business needs effectively.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower end-users and stakeholders with the necessary skills to utilize SAP TRM functionalities efficiently.
Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents, collaborate with developers for ABAP work, and ensure successful completion of unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide go-live support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensure smooth transition to post-implementation support teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in areas such as Fixed Deposit, Facilities, Trade Finance, Intercompany Funding, Credit Risk Analyzer, Foreign Exchange & Derivatives, Hedge Management, Exposure Management, Securities, and Cash Management.
Technical Skills:
Professional accounting qualification: CA/CPA or equivalent accounting degree.
SAP Certification in FSCM, Treasury & Risk Management, and FI-BL.
Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation of FSCM, Treasury & Risk Management, and preferably some degree of FI/CO implementation experience.
In-depth knowledge of SAP TRM functionalities, including Fixed Deposit, Facilities, Trade Finance, Intercompany Funding, Credit Risk Analyzer, Foreign Exchange & Derivatives, Hedge Management, Exposure Management, Securities, and Cash Management.
Ability to prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
Strong coordination skills to liaise effectively with developers, testers, and other project stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural and multinational environment.
Commitment to professional development and expertise in SAP technologies.
