We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and experience in UX research, design, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and experience in UX research, design, and testing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
