Job Overview
The Construction Superintendent will work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, craft personnel and ESI’s commissioning and O&M teams to ensure seamless daily operations and successful completion of our construction projects. The position requires implementing sound construction management principles to ensure our EPC projects are executed flawlessly, driving on time and in budget delivery. An ability to work independently, self-motivate, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders is of the utmost importance to this position. ESI values both continuous improvement and feedback from its employees. Consequently, the Construction Superintendent will be expected to provide feedback to department leadership on ways that processes and designs can be optimized.
Reports To
The Construction Superintendent will report to the Director of Projects.
Work Location
This is a remote position, based primarily at our active construction sites.
