Responsibilities
● Develop lifecycle strategies for FPS/TPS games (launch planning, seasonal
updates, esports ecosystems) with P&L ownership over DAU/retention/payer
ratio.
● Leverage combat data (weapon pick rates, map win rates, battle pass
engagement) to optimize game balance, monetization, and live ops.
● Build competitive ecosystems: Pro leagues, community tournaments &
streaming partnerships.
● Combat cheating: Implement real-time anti-cheat solutions; manage player
segmentation (hardcore/casual/KOLs).
● Drive cross-functional alignment (R&D, marketing, global publishing) for feature
rollout.
Core Qualifications:
● 5+ years in game ops, including 3+ years leading shooting titles (FPS/TPS/battle
royale).
● Shipped 1+ title with $4M+ monthly revenue; mastery of core metrics (K/D ratio,
session length, pass penetration).
● Deep FPS expertise: Player psychology (competitive drive, weapon handling
preferences), balance tuning (guns/maps/agents).
● Proven results: 30%+ DAU growth via seasonal updates; partnerships with
anti-cheat vendors (e.g. BattlEye/Easy Anti-Cheat).
● Esports network: T1 streamers, pro teams, peripheral brands (Logitech/Razer).
Preferred:
● Fluency in English; experience in Western/SEA markets.
● Hardcore player of VALORANT, Call of Duty, or Apex Legends.
