Job Summary: We’re seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Assistant (Generalist) to support a mission-driven, fast-growing eCommerce brand. This role is perfect for someone with experience in paid social advertising and email marketing, who’s also willing to jump in on light operations and customer support. You’ll work closely with our small team to execute campaigns, monitor performance, streamline internal systems, and help ensure we deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social (Meta/Facebook/Instagram)

• Build, load, and optimize paid social campaigns

• Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues as needed

• Prepare basic reports and suggest performance improvements

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

• Assist with campaign and flow setup (content provided)

• Track results and recommend optimizations

• Support product launches, giveaways, and promotions

Operations & Customer Support (Light)

• Monitor and maintain simple inventory tracking

• Coordinate with suppliers/factories for reorders

• Respond to customer inquiries using templates with warmth and clarity

• Document common questions and create internal FAQs

• Flag recurring issues for team awareness and improvement

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

• 1–2+ years running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

• 1+ year working with Klaviyo or similar email tools

• eCommerce/DTC brand experience

• Solid Excel/Google Sheets know-how

• Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)

• Willingness to contribute across a small, collaborative team

• Able to work ~9am–5pm EST (or overlap significantly)

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with neurodiverse communities or child-focused brands

• Experience with toys, furniture, or family products

• Strong written communication and SOP-writing experience
