Job role: Senior Software Engineer
Location: United States (Remote)
Job description: In this role, you will lead a small team of highly skilled engineers to maintain the current platform and contribute to the design and architecture of the highly-scalable next generation location and identity platform.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 7+ years of software design and development experience
- 5+ Years of server-side Java development (With App-servers or Databases)
- 2+ years of Experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
- Experience using REST and Web-Service technologies
- Experience developing on Linux platforms and comfortable using multiple source-code control systems
- Experience with API design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interface with partners and customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Desire qualifications:
- Experience with Reactive Programming (like Play Framework or NodeJS)
- Experience with JavaScript, Scala Templates, and Web Application development with frameworks like JQuery or AngularJS Bootstrap
- Experience with AKKA Framework
