Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to support a variety of project management tasks, including scheduling, tracking, and managing project documentation. The ideal candidate for this role should be well-versed in Agile methodologies and possess strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Support a variety of project administration tasks, including scheduling (e.g. Gantt Charts, Jira, or Trello), tracking, and managing project documentation.
Provide admin support to the Head of Operations and project team as needed.
Organize and run project meetings — scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist in defining project plans, milestones, activities, and resource requirements.
Maintain project and resource schedules.
Prepare and provide project status reports.
Assist in identifying scope changes and drafting change requests.
Use internal tools to keep the team informed of activities, milestones, and blockers.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with collaborative web-based tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good understanding of business processes.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.
Well versed in the Agile Methodology
About 5+ years of experience
Comfortable running small to medium sized projects end to end, with support and guidance as needed,
Amazing comms, real team collaborative mentality, very open to working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs
