Source Code Inspection & Validation Engineer (m/w/d)


Role Summary:
As a Source Code Inspection & Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of embedded software systems. You will conduct static code analysis, validate integration logic, and support certification efforts in safety-critical environments such as aerospace and defense.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform source code inspections and static analysis (e.g., MISRA C/C++).
  • Validate software against DO-178C standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Document findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with developers, safety managers, and system engineers.
  • Use tools like VectorCAST, Polyspace, and DOORS for traceability and compliance.

Voraussetzungen

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with embedded C/C++ and safety-critical software.
  • Familiarity with DO-178C, ISO 26262, or similar standards.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills
