Together with our Paid Acquisition Marketing Team, we're looking for a creative and driven Influence Marketing Specialist (UGC) to supercharge our brand through influencer collaborations and user-generated content. You’ll play a key role in shaping Promova’s presence across social platforms by identifying trends, sourcing creators, and crafting high-impact campaigns that resonate.

About You:
  • 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or UGC content creation/management.
  • Strong knowledge of the full influencer marketing cycle: from creator discovery and outreach to campaign execution and analysis.
  • Experience creating or managing high-performing UGC on various social networks (META, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage creator relationships effectively.
  • Confident analytical thinker with experience interpreting performance data and deriving insights.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and applied psychology in content perception.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and production teams.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Experience with copywriting or writing briefs/scripts for social media content.
Your Areas of Impact:
  • Trendspotting & Creative Strategy: Research market and social media trends, analyze competitors, and uncover user needs to craft relevant and impactful creative concepts.
  • Creator Discovery & UGC Management: Search for and qualify influencers and UGC creators on various platforms, ensuring a strong match with campaign goals.
  • Creative Collaboration: Propose content ideas, co-create briefs and scripts with the creative team, and help translate strategy into execution.
  • Workflow Coordination: Manage contracts and payments, maintain ongoing communication with influencers, and monitor deadlines and deliverables.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of UGC and influencer campaigns, extract insights, and suggest improvements for ongoing and future activations.
  • Process Optimization: Participate in refining influencer search and collaboration workflows, always looking for ways to make things more effective and scalable.
  • Content Strategy & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest formats and ideas in short-form video, social media trends, and audience engagement—especially in the UGC space.
