My name is Milford Hutsell and I am a travel agent with Key to the World Travel. Key to the World Travel is an Authorized Disney Travel Planner. We can book vacations with all vendors (Disney, Royal Caribbean, NCL, Disney Cruise Line, Apple Vacations to name a few). We pride ourselves in being a Concierge Travel Agent, our service doesn't stop once your trip is booked. We will keep an eye out for changes that could be made to your booking to make your trip even better or even save you money. I provide many services to my clients for FREE! Examples of these services include the following: 1. I work with my clients to come up with a list of restaurants they would like to eat at and make ADVANCED DINING RESERVATIONS for them. 2. I work with my clients to determine which rides and experiences are most important to and RESERVE FASTPASS+ times for the entire group. 3. I provide my clients with an extensive PACKING LIST so packing for their magical vacation is a breeze. 4. I provide my clients with a PERSONALIZED ITINERARY PLAN which includes the park that will be visited on a particular day, touring plans for each day, dining suggestions for meals not reserved in advance and much more. 5. I continually PRICE MONITOR my clients’ reservations so they can be sure to be getting the best possible price when booking with me. Although Disney Destinations are my specialty, I also book other types of vacations also such as SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment parks (Sesame Place, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld), Universal Studios packages, Las Vegas, and cruises such as Carnival and Royal Caribbean among much more!

About the Travel Planner position

Key to the World Travel® is looking for highly motivated people with a passion for travel and an inherent love of all things Disney to join our team of experienced travel planners. We provide comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring (no previous experience required) to candidates who possess the knowledge and passion for Disney Destinations and exemplary service that we require of our travel planners. We also provide ongoing support, professional development and a variety of benefits to our actively selling team members.

Travel Planner responsibilities are:

Providing a full service, concierge level experience for clients by managing all aspects of their vacation
Paying attention to details
Marketing in order to find new clients
Communicating with clients frequently using a variety of platforms
Actively monitoring promotions to apply to your clients' vacation
Managing payments for clients' vacations and making sure all balances are paid on time.
Assisting clients while they are traveling if they run into a travel related emergency

Travel Planner desired requirements are:

At least 5 visits to Disney Destinations or another destination in which you would like to specialize, with at least one in the past 12 months
Expert-level knowledge of Disney Destinations or another destination in which you would like to specialize
Highly motivated
Comfortable with technology and online research
Self-directed
Active user of social media
Comfortable with sales and marketing
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Effective communication skills
