We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to support our Franchise Recruitment & Operations team. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current franchisees, helping us identify and support the right partners to lead our in-store customer experience and drive ongoing commercial growth.

You Will:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support across the franchisee recruitment process — from initial application through to onboarding and store handover

  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, in-store assessments and training activities in collaboration with internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and workflow tracking across multiple systems and tools

  • Assist with the preparation and management of franchise agreements, extensions, and renewals — ensuring compliance with process standards and timeframes

  • Support lifecycle administration, including tracking key milestones, managing renewal eligibility assessments, and maintaining franchisee records

  • Prepare candidate and store files for internal review and present to leadership teams

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and clear visibility of candidate progression

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Experience in administration, coordination, or operational support roles (ideally in franchising, HR, or retail environments)

  • Strong organisational skills with a passion for process and attention to detail

  • Confidence using workflow and document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Monday.com, or similar platforms)

  • Effective communication and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts

  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
