Salary range is:

$210,909.00 - $285,000.00

This position is equity and bonus and/or commission eligible.

The Role
CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise IT to lead the strategic direction, execution, and operational excellence of our production systems. This senior leader will play a critical role in overseeing the entirety of CCC’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and high availability within our growing SaaS business.

As CCC continues to evolve, this role will be instrumental in bridging IT and business functions, driving cross-functional collaboration, and leading company-wide transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing enterprise systems at scale.


 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire enterprise IT landscape, translating business goals into technology strategies that align with CCC’s growth and transformation goals. 
  • Lead the production systems strategy, owning the end-to-end performance, security, scalability, and availability of enterprise-wide production systems and environments. 
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership over infrastructure, networks, service desk, end-user computing, cloud operations, and enterprise applications. 
  • Lead continuous improvement in system uptime, incident response, change management, and ITIL-based service delivery. 
  • Implement strong monitoring, observability, and risk management frameworks. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, service, and development teams to enhance cross-functional interactions, ensuring that IT infrastructure is an enabler for organizational agility and innovation. 
  • Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives, ensuring modernization and adaptability in a fast-paced SaaS environment. 
  • Provide executive-level leadership, influencing IT strategy and technology direction across CCC. 
  • Manage external vendors, partners, and consulting firms when needed to drive efficiency and innovation. 


 

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT leadership, preferably within a SaaS or cloud-based organization. 
  • Proven track record of overseeing large-scale production systems and enterprise IT operations across complex, distributed environments. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS infrastructure, IT governance, risk management, and high-availability systems. 
  • Experience leading IT transformation and optimizing systems for business growth. 
  • Ability to bridge technical and business functions, fostering collaboration across departments. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring teams and building executive partnerships. 
  • Background in consulting (McKinsey, Gartner) or large-scale IT infrastructure leadership (AWS, major SaaS firms) is a plus. 
  • MBA or advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
