We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Analyst for Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team. This role is pivotal in transforming key sales capabilities and driving operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, develop strategies, and execute initiatives that enhance our go-to-market effectiveness.

The Role:
  • Own the design, execution and continuous improvement of assigned core sales capabilities such as Territory Management, Forecasting, Pipeline Quality, etc
  • Partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and strategic growth
  • Analyze complex sales and operational data to uncover insights and translate them into actionable process, system and enablement improvements
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Collaborate on the design and rollout of sales territories, quotas, and incentive plans to drive performance
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across the organization
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or a related analytical role within SaaS or a high growth startup.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • MUST HAVE extensive field sales operating experience along with tangible examples of direct partnership with sales leadership.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing, documenting and monitoring business process in standardized and scalable formats
  • Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel/Gsheets); proficient in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Proven ability to synthesize data into strategic insights and execute on recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on continuous improvement.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$106,000$134,000 USD
