Hours: Part-time (1–2 hours per day to start, flexible)
Compensation: $50–$100/hr depending on experience

About the Role:

United Field Services is seeking a Part-Time AI Product Manager to help us integrate artificial intelligence into our internal systems. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of AI tools, managing a team of AI trainers, and helping refine model behavior for real-world operational use.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with AI product leadership experience looking for a flexible, impactful role within a growing operations-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI integration into our existing internal platforms (workflow, operations, vendor management).
  • Manage and support a remote team of AI trainers (prompt writers, labelers, QA reviewers).
  • Define and refine processes for training data collection, evaluation, and model QA.
  • Serve as liaison between business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Track and report model performance and assist in tool improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing or shipping AI-powered tools or workflows.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or model QA.
  • Experience overseeing small technical or operational teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Product management or operations background in a startup or tech-driven team is a plus.

Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with AI integrations in field service, real estate, or workflow systems.
  • Familiarity with annotation pipelines, training workflows, or reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
