Support Worker

****Average hourly rate is $17.90 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services. 
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families 
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!                                                                                                                                 

A Day in the Life

As a Support Worker, you’ll team up with Case Managers to help families thrive. Your day could include:

• Teaching skills like healthy communication, conflict resolution, and emotion regulation.
• Connecting families with resources to improve their lives.
• Advocating for children and helping families strengthen their relationships.
• Being a positive force in the lives of kids and families as they work toward stability.
