Do you love turning insights into action? Obsess over landing page tweaks and A/B test results? Get excited by improving conversion rates and seeing performance metrics shift in real time? Then we’d love to chat.

We’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital growth across this tech enabled tourism business. You’ll be at the centre of our lead generation strategy—using data, experimentation, and channel optimisation to drive ROI and attract high-intent customer leads. You’ll also be a confident communicator, able to clearly translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:
  • Own CRO strategy – Identify drop-offs, run A/B tests, and optimise user journeys that convert.
  • Lead analytics & insights – Use GA4, Looker Studio and more to uncover what’s working and what’s not.
  • Communicate results with impact – Present clear, concise performance insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion experimentation – Keep a structured testing roadmap and stay ahead of digital trends.
  • Optimise paid & organic channels – Support and refine high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and more.
  • Collaborate widely – Partner with content, design, tech and sales teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
✅ What you’ll bring:
  • 3-5+ years in a digital growth or performance marketing role- ideally in a SaaS business
  • Strong CRO experience – A/B tests, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and beyond
  • Data storyteller – skilled with GA4, Looker Studio, etc., and confident presenting to senior leadership
  • Proven understanding of paid search, SEO & social campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Commercial mindset + hands-on execution experience
  • Bonus: CRM/marketing automation experience
