Reports to: Content Producer 

Location: Onsite- Milwaukee, WI; Fiserv Forum

Position Description: 

 

The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Video Editor in the Broadcast & Live Events department who will play an important role in the Fiserv Forum and Bucks fan experience. The Video Editor will assist in developing and creating compelling and engaging video content for in-arena and social media. The candidate should have advanced knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects. The Video Editor will support the overall efforts to build the Milwaukee Bucks brand and support creative needs for Fiserv Forum events.   

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the production team to create unique and engaging game day videos, including highlight-driven hype videos, player features, situational/interactive features, player features, and more.
  • Carry out post-production tasks including video editing, color grading, audio mixing and editing.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and other design assets into video projects.
  • Participate in all three stages of production: pre-production planning, assisting on-set as needed, and carrying out concepts in post-production.
  • Prepare and deliver video asset needs for Bucks gamedays.
  • Follow tight deadlines and possess the ability to manage multiple projects in different stages of production.
  • Follow Bucks and Fiserv Forum brand design guidelines and work within templates in Premiere and other Adobe programs.
  • Stay organized and provide high attention to detail while executing assigned projects, including collaboration with the production & live events team.
  • Actively participate in the creative development process and share new ideas in a team setting.
  • Stay updated on video editing trends and industry software.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
     

Qualification Requirements: 

  • Candidates must submit a production reel or website with resume to be considered.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience in other relevant production software a plus (ex: Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in color correction of LOG footage preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Experience with camera operation and lighting a plus.
  • Familiarity or passion for NBA / the sport of basketball preferred.
  • Candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, willing to learn, self-driven and have a positive attitude.
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours including event nights and weekends.
